Our portable studio sets up in about 30 minutes.
Each person gets 10–15 minutes of guided, coached photography.
We handle expressions, posture, and energy.

How many people can you photograph in a day?
We can comfortably photograph 20–30 people in a standard workday. For larger teams (30–50+), we plan the session in advance to ensure everyone has a time slot. We've also done multiday bookings for organizations with 50+ employees.
How much space do you need to set up?
Our portable studio fits in approximately 10×12 feet, a standard conference room or open lobby area works perfectly. We handle all setup and teardown in about 30 minutes each way.
How do we schedule our team?
Jamie, our studio manager, handles this entirely. She'll provide a scheduling link or template, send preparation guides to your team, and manage the day-of flow.Your job is to tell people when to show up.
Can you match our brand guidelines?
Yes. We can customize backdrop colors and configure framing to match your brand's visual standards. For conferences and events, we can also add branded overlays (event logo, hashtag)
to every delivered image.
What about remote team members?
Remote employees are a common challenge. Options include:(1) scheduling a separate session at a location convenient for them,(2) coordinating a visit to our studio in Omaha, or (3) building a consistent remote setup guide they can follow for a matching look. We'll advise
based on your team's situation.
How quickly do we receive the images?
Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days.Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for an additional fee.
